The personnel is professional in their approach with the client. They demonstrated understanding and patience in explaining proper procedures and steps in undertaking the work to be done. So far, positive outcomes can be seen in the work in progress, demonstrating skills and experience in the scope of restoration. Respect and discretion are noticed to the client’s belongings and environment by keeping orderly methods of work.

Proper approach for estimating the job via measurements and moisture readings. Crew is very nice and work at a good pace. Pictures are taken for progress reports. They also did a very good job at preparing the walking areas with carpet and heavy cardboard paper. The house remained clean during the repairs.

There's nothing more stressful than your roof leaking in the dead of winter because of an ice dam. Our insurance, thankfully covered the repairs and, our insurance company used Service Master Restore of Northern NB. After first visit from Service Master, we were put at ease. They did a temporary fix February, then the rest of the job in the spring. They did an amazing job! The carpenters, painters, workers, cleaners and everyone are all top notch. They're courteous, and answered all of our questions along the way. Great group of dudes! Thanks so much to Dave McGraw, George, Steve, Cameron, Brandon and everyone for all your hard work! Awesome job!

From your project manager to the crew onsite, working with ServiceMaster has been a pleasant experience. Donovan did a very good job communicating with me through the whole process of dealing with this insurance claim and made the best out of a terrible experience. Also, your onsite staff did a great job keeping the demolition contained and leaving the place clean at the end of the day.
